Ryan Jakes is a Development Manager at HB Reavis. He joined HB Reavis in 2021, following three years at Make Architects, and is responsible for leading teams through development and construction to occupation.

At HB Reavis, Ryan delivered Worship Square, a £200m, net-zero office that has been fully let and recognised with multiple awards for workplace, innovation, and sustainability. He is also developing 10 Leake Street, a £100m purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Waterloo.

Ryan began his career at Make Architects, working across office, hospitality, retail and residential sectors both in London and internationally. He holds a First Class Honours MArch from Cardiff University and is a qualified architect. H

is focus is on shaping exceptional developments that deliver on efficiency, experience, wellbeing and social value with a particular focus on sustainability. This work is reflected not only in the delivery of award-winning net-zero projects such as Worship Square, but also through his contributions to industry discussions on the future of zero carbon development.
