You can add your dietary requirements when making your booking for both the conference and Awards.

 Your ticket will be emailed to you, so you can show on your phone for the awards.

For the conference you will not need a ticket, you will receive your delegate pass upon arrival

For the Awards you will receive an e-ticket one week prior to the event. You will need to show this when entering the awards in the evening.

We are unable to hold tables however if you have any special requests you can contact our booking team - cheryl.wood@emap.com

Yes, we ensure all guest tickets are seated together unless you request an alternative seating plan

You can amend your table guest names up until 2 weeks before the awards. If there are any last minute changes these will need to be emailed to logistics@emap.com. However, please note any last minute changes may affect the availability of any dietary requirements

You can change the guest names on your account up till 2 weeks before the event, any after this date should be email to logistics@emap.com

We will also ensure special accessibility is available. For any accessibility access please email logistics@emap.com

You will receive your awards e-ticket via email- if you are booking for a large group, please ensure you have each individual email address.

For the conference you will not receive an physical ticket but will be emailed to access our Property Week app and will be able collect your badge upon arrival

If you have a guest who can no longer attend you can change the guest name to someone else within your account booking. Any issues please email logistics@emap.com

We recommend emailing us at logistics@emap.com so we can discuss the layout of the venue and how we can best accommodate you

All dietary requirements will be sent to the venue kitchen to ensure they are catered for. If you have any special requirements we recommend you inform us of this early to ensure the catering team can prepare alternative meals

We are happy to provide judges feedback on your entire if you do not win. To do this please contact Logistics@emap.com

Yes this can be done by logging into your account and going into completed submissions.

Each entry has a different set of criteria which you can view on each category. This will include, dates of which projects need to be completed, testimonials, a details description of your project or induvial you are entering.

This is to create a clear picture for the judges

If you have received a discount code it can be applied on the final page of booking (when booking this would be step 4)

Once you have booked and chosen to pay via invoice, please allow our accounts department up to 10 working days to process and send the invoice. If you have not received it after this date please email logistics@emap.com

If you would like to make any changes to your invoicing details please email logisics@emap.com

At the awards each winner will receive a Property Week trophy

We have the hotelmap website which will help you get the best price and best hotel for the venue location
