Mark Evans is Head of Property & Commercial Development at Royal London Asset Management. In his role, he leads the RLAM Property team and investment process as well as being responsible for identifying new business. The purpose-driven team is moving the needle on sustainable investment, with Responsible Property Investment underscoring all investment decisions. Mark has 26 years’ experience in the real estate industry and joined from CBRE. In 2009, he established and led the growth of CBRE’s EMEA equity placement business, within the regulated CBRE Capital Advisors platform. This was a sector and geography agnostic practice, seeking to work alongside best-class managers to match them to institutional global capital. Previously, Mark was a leadership member of CBRE Real Estate Finance, advising on complex real estate development funding, real estate fundraising and private equity sponsored leveraged buy-outs, by leading the financial consulting practice.
