Jon joined Greencore Homes as CEO in October 2022 and has over 20 years’ experience in the property sector. Greencore Homes develop Better Than Net Zero homes using factory manufactured closed panels within a timber frame superstructure that locks up carbon and is highly energy efficient. Greencore is majority owned by M&G and their investment is fuelling an aggressive growth plan to develop over 10,000 homes by 2035. Jon was previously the CEO of Telford Homes where he oversaw a prolonged period of business growth and a substantial increase in shareholder value. He is also the Senior Independent Director of The Property Franchise Group, the largest multi-brand lettings and estate agency franchise group in the UK.
