Giving the best possible legal advice is about more than legal knowledge and expertise. It means understanding the people and businesses you work with as deeply as possible. For Irwin Mitchell that means taking the time to listen to what matters most.

Our aspiration is to be recognised as a leading responsible business. To us, this means having a strong culture as well as a clear and ambitious strategy to address the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues which are material to our business. It also means recognising the power of impactful collaboration and developing trusted partnerships with our stakeholders. This includes supporting our communities through volunteering, pro bono work, charitable giving in partnership with the Irwin Mitchell Charities Foundation, creating an inclusive workplace, and encouraging sustainable and ethical business relationships with our clients and suppliers whilst delivering against our environmental strategy and targets.

re:sustain is a remote energy optimisation platform powered by calibrated digital twins — reducing energy waste, operating costs, and carbon emissions, while enhancing asset value across commercial buildings.

Today, buildings underperform due to inefficient systems, fragmented controls, and outdated commissioning practices — leading to missed financial and ESG outcomes. re:sustain solves this by applying building science, AI, and advanced simulation to continuously and remotely optimise energy performance — without the need for capex or on-site disruption.

Our BMS-agnostic, API-enabled platform integrates seamlessly with existing building technologies and data systems. Deployed across the UK, EU, and APAC — at both asset and portfolio level — it delivers average annual energy savings of 37.3%, with a typical payback period of less than three months.
