• 8:30am: Registration
• 9:00am: Forum sessions
• 10:30am: Networking break
• 10:00am: Sessions resume
• 12:20pm: Networking reception

AFTERNOON AWARDS

• 1:00pm: Welcome address
• 1:10pm: Lunch
• 2:30pm: Awards ceremony
• 3:30pm: Networking reception

The Kia Oval is easily accessible from the West End, the City and all South East Counties.

By underground: Take the Northern Line to Oval Station, just a 2-minute walk from the ground. Vauxhall Station on the Victoria Line is also around a 10-minute walk away. 

By bus: Routes 36, 185 and 436 stop directly outside the ground. Routes 3, 59, 109, 133, 159 and 333 stop within a 5-minute walk.

By car: No match-day parking is available at or near the ground, so public transport is recommended. Limited off-site parking is available for Blue Badge holders on major match-days, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booking opens four weeks before the fixture via accessibility@surreycricket.com. Blue Badge holders in the London Borough of Lambeth can park free on nearby side streets, although road closures may apply on major match-days.

Your food and drink inclusions will depend on your ticket type:

• Forum Ticket: Breakfast and refreshments throughout the morning.
• Awards Ticket: Welcome drinks on arrival and a two course meal during the awards ceremony.
• Combined Ticket: Includes all food and drink offerings from both the Forum and Awards
