Kristina is the Head of ESG for Barings European Real Estate, a global real estate platform with extensive capabilities across both debt and equity strategies. She is responsible for the evolution of firm level real estate ESG strategy, and alignment to the Barings Global sustainability policy. Kristina leads net zero carbon, climate resilience and social value policies development and implementation, which aid the delivery of Barings ESG ambition and support Barings tenants and the value chain. She works alongside the Global Sustainability team and serves on the European Investment Committee and the Barings Real Estate Global ESG Committee.
