Oliver is driven to improve health and wellbeing in the workplace design, oversaw Make’s transition to BCORP, and introducing an active and wellness focus to the BCO NextGen programme. Oliver has worked on several award-winning office buildings including 80 Charlotte Street, a major mixed-use scheme in Fitzrovia comprising commercial, residential and urban design. Designed to be net zero carbon, it’s the first all-electric building for developer Derwent London. He’s currently leading the design team for the 240-acre Crescent Salford masterplan, a regenerative project that combines urban design, commercial, residential, infrastructure, education and innovation uses.
