Eoin Leonard is the founder and CEO of Catalyst and Obi, a leading Pan-European consultancy, specialising in ESG and technical advisory services, alongside a software business. Catalyst supports clients in making the built environment greener and safer, helping them achieve their commercial, regulatory, social, and environmental objectives. Eoin, together with his executive leadership team, collaborates with some of the world's foremost asset managers, real estate developers, and multinational corporations, offering both advisory services and software solutions. He holds an MBA, along with multiple technical and project management certifications, and is an alumnus of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program.
