Amanda leads the Investor ESG consultancy service line, a team of 22 experts supporting investors in establishing, implementing, and reporting on real estate ESG strategies. Working with leading institutional investors, REITs and private equity firms, the team focus on measuring portfolio ESG impacts and creating plans to reduce these impacts and transition to a Net Zero economy. With 15 years’ experience, Amanda has a proven track record of leading and delivering strategic initiatives that enhance ESG performance. Previously, Amanda worked client-side as Head of Sustainability for a London-based REIT and for global consultancy firms, including Arcadis and Ramboll. Amanda holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Intelligent Building Design from the University of Reading. She is a member of IEMA and the Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) Investor Engagement Working Group.
