Emma leads JLL’s commercial and corporate sustainability agendas, working with a team of over 200 sustainability professionals and supporting thousands of real estate colleagues. Emma also sits on the UK Executive Board and is tasked with building on JLL’s 25-year sustainability heritage; supporting our clients with innovative solutions and embedding sustainability into everything we do. Emma has 17 years of experience at JLL, having joined the Sustainability Consulting team in 2007 before taking on the UK Head of Sustainability role in 2021 and expanding to cover EMEA Markets Advisory in 2024.
