Since joining Ridge as Head of Social Value, Lauren has driven transformational change in the way the company views and delivers social value. She leads a team engaged in the research, design, and delivery of multiple social value programmes across the world.

With over 12 years of experience, Lauren’s work includes delivery of career and entrepreneurial programmes in some of the most deprived areas of London, developing business and community partnerships that deliver impactful social, economic and environmental outcomes.

Lauren sits on the Advisory Board of the BPIC Network and contributes to Social Value UK’s thought leadership group on social value in education.
