Marylis Ramos Director, Savills Earth Advisory Savills

Marylis leads the Savills Earth Advisory, the central hub for Savills' in-house multidisciplinary ESG and sustainability consultancy service. She works closely with sustainability specialists from across the company to provide clients with holistic, end-to-end sustainability consultancy and expertise. With over 20 years of experience in the field of sustainability and environmental design, Marylis brings expertise across several areas, including energy, sustainability, health and well-being and social value. Prior to joining Savills in 2022, she was the head of sustainability, research and innovation at one of the UK's largest residential architectural practices, leading on a wide range of development as well as research projects. She is a strong advocate for holistic, multidisciplinary approaches to sustainability and of a human-centred approach to designing the built environment.

Since joining Savills, she has been helping our clients navigate and access the Savills Earth network of experts, which includes specialists in net zero carbon, sustainable design, energy, renewables and infrastructure, impact economics, operational sustainability, social value, biodiversity, health and wellbeing, environmental assessment, sustainable placemaking, and sustainable workplaces, and assists clients with sustainability visioning and framework development, communication, and thought leadership.
